Managed by the Staffordshire Social Care Workforce Partnership (SSCWP), CareMatch is an innovative web based recruitment site that supports job seekers seeking employment in the Social Care and Health sector and employers seeking staff in the sector. Employers include Direct Payment employers.
It is the aim of CareMatch to provide high quality training that is value for money, informative, efficient and easy to use. In short, we aim to put employers in direct contact with people who may be entering the sector for the first time, moving jobs, or looking to enhance their careers.
CareMatch aims to help, support and signpost people to individuals and agencies who are there to provide support where required in areas such as:

- Becoming a Personal Assistant to a Direct Payment employer
The CareMatch site is administered and updated on a regular basis and users have access to an Administrator, whose responsibilities include answering specific questions and helping CareMatch customers take full advantage of this innovative and exciting site.
