CareMatch is delivered in partnership with a number of organisations, key members being:

The Staffordshire Social Care Workforce Partnership (SSCWP)
Staffordshire Social Care Workforce Partnership is a strategic partnership of employers, commissioners, sector skills councils and learning providers formed to tackle the challenge of ensuring there is a continually replenished supply of skilled and qualified workers available to provide the quality of social care services needed by the people of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

Staffordshire County Council
Staffordshire Cares is the new vision for adult care in Staffordshire. Plans for this were announced at a Chamber Debate in October 2009. It will provide easier access to information, advice and support and enable people to better navigate the complicated world of adult care, solving many of the problems that currently exist. It's less a set of services and more a holistic lifestyle approach which joins things up and helps people take control of their lives enabling them to live the life they choose to. It will provide a gateway a clear response to the public and bring further economies and efficiencies.

Stoke on Trent City Council
The Council's 'Ageing Well Living Well' agenda sets out the plans which will lead to the Council becoming an excellent provider of older people's services. It recognises the Council will not achieve excellence for current or future generations of older people with the existing service arrangements.
The intention is to create a service framework that delivers a vision of excellence and addresses the needs of the City's older people in an affordable and sustainable way.
