How candidates access your vacancy

Once loaded, the vacancy can be accessed by potential candidates and will be emailed to those who have registered an interest in a particular type of vacancy.

Candidates can apply for vacancies online and when they do, you will receive an email notifying you of their interest. This will provide you with a secure link to their CV. In addition, candidate details are listed under the applicant's section of the vacancy in your CareMatch account.

How to access potential candidates

By logging onto your employers account, you have the facility to access the details of candidates who have registered an interest in your vacancy.

Direct Payment Employers

Potential candidates will NOT have access to your contact details. You will receive applications and it will be your responsibility to shortlist and contact potential candidates. At CareMatch we feel it is important to protect you and your family's well being and security until you are happy to release your personal details.

Costs to advertise your post and / or search for candidates

Search for Candidates

In addition to the ability to post vacancies, you can search for candidates on the CareMatch data base at a cost of one credit per week.

How to advertise your vacancy

To post a vacancy click onto the post vacancy link once you have registered, or logged into you account and complete the simple post vacancy form.

There is a facility to upload Job Descriptions and Person Specifications, which must be in Word or PDF format. Click the 'Post Vacancy' button and your vacancy will appear on the CareMatch site, as well as being emailed to candidates who are searching for similar positions.
