Registration on CareMatch is FREE to all and as will be noted from the below table those looking for work will pay no charge for accessing job adverts, applying for jobs, downloading CVs or accessing the CareMatch Careers Escalator. Employers can purchase 'credits' to utilise services on the CareMatch site. The current cost of credits is:

Employers - £25.00 per credit
Direct Payment / Personal Budget Employers - £10.00 per credit

Opportunity to purchase credits either singly or in multiple lots. One credit will enable employers to either:

  • Search site for potential employees for a minimum 1 week period
  • Advertise a vacancy and search the site for a minimum 1 week period

Unused credits can be 'banked' for future use on the site.

People in receipt of self-supporting budgets will have an option to:

  • Purchase credits as outlined above
  • Purchase an Annual Subscription, which will enable unlimited access to the site and opportunity to advertise job vacancies for one year per subscriber

Employers (Direct & Non Direct payments)

The HUB Project through CareMatch can provide:

The full CareMatch Employers package plus extra services including:

1. Unlimited job advertising on CareMatch until December 2010.

2. A banner advert on the CareMatch website for a month.

3. Support throughout the recruitment process from recruitment experts.

4. The chance to interview handpicked local candidates who possess the relevant skills and abilities.

5. Opportunity to access a flexible fund that can be used to pay for things such as CRBs or uniforms for candidates employed from guaranteed interviews.

6. Information on Care Ambassadors, funding, apprenticeships and more.

7. 1st access to valuable recruitment events, such as Job Centre Care Fairs and pre-employment training events.

If you sign up to the HUB and the vacancy is more than 16 hours per week, you will receive the employers package and ALL of the extra services at no cost.

If you sign up to the HUB and the vacancy is under 16 hours you will still receive The CareMatch employers package and services 1, 2, 6 and 7.

Contact us to negotiate an individualised price package that perfectly meets your recruitment needs. Alternative to buying credits, we offer the opportunity to purchase monthly or annual packages and as well as more comprehensive media packages including banner advertising and/ or mail shots that target a wide audience.

Advertising on CareMatch

Companies and agencies have the opportunity to purchase advertising space (e.g. banners) or 'links' on the CareMatch website.
